The terms that govern your use of our site and services

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or commissioning work from Véra Studio, you confirm that you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our site or services.

Scope of Services
Véra Studio provides brand, design, and digital production services as defined in each individual project proposal or statement of work. Any work beyond the agreed scope will be quoted and approved separately before it begins.

Fees & Payment
Unless stated otherwise, projects require a deposit before work commences, with the balance due on completion. Invoices are payable within fourteen days. Late payments may pause active work and incur reasonable interest.

Intellectual Property
Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon receipt of full payment. Véra Studio retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and promotional materials unless a written confidentiality agreement states otherwise.

Revisions & Cancellation
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions are billed at our standard rate. If a project is cancelled, fees for work completed up to the cancellation date remain payable.

Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep sensitive information shared during a project confidential and to use it solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed work.

Limitation of Liability
Véra Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our deliverables. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the project in question.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
