Strategy
Choosing what not to build

Strategy is subtraction. The projects that scaled fastest were the ones where we said no to almost everything else.
Every roadmap is a bet about attention — yours and your customers’. The hard part is not generating ideas but deciding which ones you are willing to let go, so the survivors get the focus they need to matter.
Focus compounds
A handful of features done exceptionally well beats a long list done adequately. Depth is what people remember and recommend; breadth is what they tolerate.
Saying no is a service to the user. Every option you remove is one less decision they have to make and one clearer path to the thing they came for.
Revisit ruthlessly
We treat the backlog as a garden, not an archive. Ideas that no longer fit the goal are pulled, not stored, so the plan stays honest about what we actually intend to build.
